Kenneth Allen
Kenneth L. Allen AIA, ISHC is president and a Founding Partner of Allen + Philp Architects. He is responsible for new business development, programming and feasibility overview, presentations and entitlement packaging. He serves as business manager for the firm and takes on leadership and senior management roles on select commissions.

Mark Philp
Mark A. Philp, AIA is a Founding Partner of Allen + Philp Architects. As Design Partner, Mark focuses on defining the design philosophy and direction for the firm. His responsibilities include research and ensuring building typology familiarity, materials and systems. He guides the design team through projects by listening, interpreting, providing direction and leading the design effort to craft the exterior and interior architecture of a project.

Dino Ortis
Dino Ortis is a Partner at Allen + Philp Architects. He is the Director of Operations for the Firm and has more than 30 years of experience in the design industry. He utilizes his extensive management skills to oversee the firm’s operations, is responsible for staffing, manages project timelines and recruits talented team members that complement the creative vision and atmosphere of the firm. Dino is that rare individual that combines design sensitivity, client awareness, operational strength and managerial know-how with exemplary communication skills – he is a highly valued contributor to the success of the Firm.
Matthew Kosednar
Matthew Kosednar is a Senior Architect and Partner at Allen + Philp Architects. Matt’s major project experience, versatility and, importantly, his ability to communicate with and relate to clients, contractors and consultants, make him an invaluable asset to the firm. His strategic thinking as well as decision-making skills benefit the entire project team ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.

Michael Marcoux
Design Partner and Architect Michael Marcoux has had a long working relationship with Allen+Philp dating back to 2006. During that time he has honed his talent as a designer of a diverse list of A+PP projects including Warm Springs Ranch in Ketchum Idaho, Mesa Hotel & Residences, and Canopy Hotel at ASU in Tempe Arizona. Michael started an early career focused in hospitality working through high school and college at a seaside resort in Maine and moved on to work for the architect that designed that resort directly after graduation. Since then Michael has accumulated 25 years of experience on domestic and international projects diverse in size and complexity and brings the same level of detail to all of our projects.
